Energy saving transformation of traditional water ring vacuum pump

Traditional water diversion factories use 55kW-75kW water ring vacuum pumps to divert water, which takes 20-30 minutes to bring up the water; During the dry season, it is difficult to extract water and the pumping efficiency is low, which greatly affects work efficiency; The power consumption of 55kW-75kW is high, time-consuming, and incurs high electricity and labor costs; The vacuum degree is low, and the limiting pressure can only reach 2000~4000Pa.
We carried out vacuum transformation by placing a 5.5kW water ring vacuum pump at each point, with a vacuum degree of up to 33mbar per water ring pump. The power was greatly reduced, saving a lot of electricity costs and improving work efficiency. It only takes 3-5 minutes to bring water up and continuously stabilize the water intake, reducing energy consumption by 10 times and increasing efficiency by 10 times.
