Reciprocating vacuum pumps are not suitable for extracting gases with high oxygen content, explosiveness, corrosiveness to metals, or containing particulate dust. They are also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as transfer pumps.

1. There is no need to add lubricating oil to the cylinder to avoid accidents caused by waste, pollution, and forgetting to add oil.
2. The lubricating oil inside the body will not enter the cylinder, ensuring that there is no oil in the gas circulation part, the extracted gas will not be contaminated by oil, the purity will not be affected, and it can be recycled.
3. The exhaust gas is free of oil stains and will not cause pollution to the environment.
4. It can be combined with Roots pump to form an oil-free vacuum unit to achieve high pumping speed and high vacuum.
3. Precautions for the use of vertical reciprocating pumps
1. Do not extract gases containing dust or solid particles.
2. Do not extract gases containing corrosive or polluting substances.
3. When extracting gases containing a large amount of water vapor, a filtering device needs to be installed in the front section.
4. Cannot be used as equipment for compressing or transporting gases.
