3、 Working principle of 2X rotary vane vacuum pump
This vacuum pump operates according to the rotary vane principle.
The rotor rotates around the axis of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, and the driving motor drives the vacuum pump shaft through a belt and pulley. The rotor rotates inside the circular pump body, and the centerline of the pump body deviates from the rotor axis. Therefore, the rotor forms a linear contact with the inner wall of the pump body. The blades slide along the sliding groove of the rotor, separating the pump body and rotor into two working chambers. When the working chamber is connected to the inlet, gas is sucked in. With the rotation of the rotor, the sucked in gas is compressed and discharged into the oil. A constant pressure difference causes vacuum lubricating oil to enter the compression chamber. Lubricating oil and the extracted gas enter the oil together, and through gravity and oil gas separation, the lubricating oil falls back into the oil tank and enters the oil circulation. The oil-free gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust port, thus achieving the purpose of extraction. This operation is repeated twice per revolution.
To avoid inhaling solid particles, the vacuum pump is equipped with a suction filter screen.
To avoid reverse rotation of the blades after turning off the power, the exhaust valve of the vacuum pump has a reverse closing effect.
